Ace8 is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. All rules listed on this page take effect as soon as an account is created on ace8. "We" or "ace8" refers to the entity operating the platform, while "you" or "member" refers to the registered user.

Ace8 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the page with the effective date, and members will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To register an account with ace8, you must meet the eligibility requirements below. If an account is opened in violation of these requirements, ace8 reserves the right to close it and forfeit any deposited funds.

• Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at registration. Providing false information will result in account termination.
• Multiple accounts cannot be created using the same mobile number, email address, or bank account.
• It is entirely the member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Sharing or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

Ace8 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. There are no additional charges for deposits — ace8 does not deduct any fees.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200. The maximum single deposit limit varies by payment method.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Deposits made through third parties are not accepted.
• Successful deposits are usually credited to your account within 1–5 minutes. If there is a delay, please contact support with your payment receipt.
• If you play without activating an available bonus after a deposit, you will not be able to claim that bonus afterwards.

• The welcome bonus turnover requirement is typically 12x — meaning a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳12,000 in total wagers.
• A second bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active. Complete your current bonus first before taking on a new one.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. If the turnover requirement is not met within this period, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

The following general betting rules apply to all participation in Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and other games on ace8.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless a cash-out option is available.
• For Sports Betting, winnings will only be credited once the result has been confirmed through ace8's official sources.
• If a technical issue affects a game or wager, ace8 reserves the right to void that round and refund the stake.
• If an obvious error is found in published odds or payouts, ace8 may correct or void the affected bet.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing wagers on the same event across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit — is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Ace8. Violations will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of deposited funds.

• Using the ace8 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's details.
• Attempting to access another member's account through hacking, phishing, or any other means.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or glitch in the platform for personal gain.
• Placing bets against yourself or creating artificial transactions to fulfill bonus requirements.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address.
• Any form of fraud, deception, or system manipulation.

Ace8 may temporarily or permanently close an account under the circumstances listed below. The member will be notified of the reason via email.

• If a breach of the Terms & Conditions is proven.
• When unusual activity is detected on an account.
• When a member requests self-exclusion or a voluntary break.
• Accounts with no regular login activity may be flagged as inactive.
• By order of a court or directive from a regulatory authority.

If an account is closed, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded — however, this does not apply if fraud has been established. Members may also request account closure at any time.

Ace8 treats the protection of members' personal information as a top priority. Any details provided during registration are used solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

• If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties will proceed through an agreed mediation process.
